I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping customer experience and operations teams go from “pretty good” to “wow, that actually works.” My career spans Retail and Fintech, where I’ve scaled teams, streamlined messy processes, and brought AI and data-driven solutions into the mix. Always with the goal of making life easier for customers (and the people supporting them). If there’s a potential hiccup lurking, chances are I’ve already drafted a plan, a backup plan, and maybe even a snack break strategy to get through it. I’m at my best solving complex problems, untangling inefficient processes, and developing teams that thrive. I refuse to make customers feel like they’re just another ticket in the queue. My leadership style is straightforward, efficient, and proudly allergic to unnecessary meetings - because nobody ever put “survived another status update” on their résumé. Outside of CX and operations, I’m passionate about mental health advocacy, DEI, mentorship, and coaching. My mission is simple: help people and teams unlock their potential, while building company cultures that put customers at the heart of everything.
