About Mila Vernazza

I’m a Staff Software Engineer, Cloud Architect, and AI/ML Specialist with over 15 years of experience building scalable systems, mentoring diverse teams, and delivering innovation at global companies like Google and AWS. Throughout my career, I’ve led high-impact projects across the U.S, Europe, and LATAM—advising startups, mentoring engineers, and solving real-world challenges with technology. I hold 14+ AWS certifications (including ML Specialty, Data Engineering, and Professional Architect), and I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. But beyond titles and tech, I’m deeply passionate about people, unlocking potential, bridging knowledge gaps, and empowering others to grow. Whether you’re a rising engineer or a tech leader navigating your next leap, I believe mentorship, empathy, and intentional growth can transform careers. Let’s connect, collaborate, and build the future together.
