About Milan Lempera

In software development, I have progressed from developer through technical leadership, consulting, and training to the role of solutions architect, where I now leverage years of experience working with diverse teams and projects when designing complex customer solutions. My focus on frontend technologies led me to training and consulting in Single Page Applications – particularly Angular and React. I have trained teams at companies like Tieto, Unicorn, MoroSystems, Deutsche Börse Services, and others. This experience gave me excellent insight into the needs of various projects and taught me to better understand what clients truly need. I then established myself at Commity, a company founded by active developers from the GDG Jihlava community. Together we are building a great IT company in the Vysočina region and converting our expert technical knowledge into successful customer projects. From frontend technologies, I returned to a fullstack focus and today I work primarily as a solutions architect. I have long been inspired by functional programming, data-oriented programming, and the Clojure language, and I occasionally give talks on these topics. I enjoy finding simplicity in complex systems and creating software that truly helps people. I am a co-founder of Google Developer Group (GDG) Jihlava, where for more than 10 years we have been organizing (mainly technical) presentations as well as practical events such as Coding Dojo or Coderetreat. In my free time, I run a robotics club at robohrani.cz, where I pass on technical knowledge to the younger generation.
