As a Program Manager at Cummins India for over 3 years, I lead and improve various programs related to service, quality, and innovation in the powergen sector. I hold a PMP certification and a Sigma Black Belt, which demonstrate my proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies. I also have skills in vehicles, kaizen, and team management, which I apply to deliver value to our customers and stakeholders. Previously, I was a Channel Readiness and VPI Service Manager at Cummins India for five years, where I developed and implemented strategies to ensure the after-market channel needs for the dealer network. I also established the capability to release service literature on the global website, which enhanced the accessibility and efficiency of our service delivery. My mission is to leverage my expertise and competencies to create and execute impactful industrial programs that support the vision and goals of Cummins India.
