About Milan Tripkovic

My life’s calling is working in IT, and I’m pleased that I chose this profession, as it brings me great satisfaction. Until recently, I used to describe myself as a software engineer, but I realized that this is not precise enough, as the scope of my work has significantly expanded. Now, I would rather say that software engineering is one of the activities I gladly return to whenever my other obligations allow. Solving technical challenges and building software that people want to use is something I’ve proven myself in throughout my long career, and it will always be a great source of inspiration for me. At the beginning of my career, I had the opportunity to work in managerial positions, and it turned out that this type of work suits me as well. Along with my other duties, I’ve worked in different sectors, including marketing and sales. When I founded Tremium with partners who are also my friends, I used all of that experience to start an interesting and, I would say, very successful venture. I use my positive energy, communication, and organizational skills to improve the company’s efficiency daily on one hand and to maintain its proven good culture and business ethics on the other. Although my work is a great passion of mine, I take every opportunity to spend as much time as possible with my family and friends. Sports are another activity that brings me joy, and I’m always happy when I get the chance to play sports with my children, friends, or colleagues.
