About Mildred Robles

I have been managing and leading cross-functional teams between Operations and Support group. In my years of work, I was able to help organize and managed the groups from Training, Quality and Transitions. Part of my role as Business Manager was to get new programs or line of businesses for the client to be on-boarded, from project inception, contract management to recruitment up until Go-Live and regular operations. I was also instrumental in the growth of the campaigns I have worked with in the past. I have built the Training and Quality team from scratch. I have also created the vision and strategize on how the Quality team will be able to impact and improve performance. I can bring my experience in developing successful project plans, communicating expectations clearly and bridging the gaps between partners and leadership team. I have achieved great successes in the past and I have re-engineered some of the processes that helped the overall success of our projects. I know what it takes to organize and motivate people to deliver results. I am a good communicator and is comfortable in working in a cross-cultural environment and I believe I could be an asset to this company in this role.
