I fulfil the function of Financial Controller. For over 20 years I have gained expertise in finance management, controlling and accounting in the FMCG and education sectors. I have a well-established practical knowledge in modernizing and streamlining procedures and processes that contribute to the direction and key business decisions of the company. I successfully present the financial results and business plans of the company during international management meetings of the Group and EMEA entities. My specialisations include operational and strategic controlling, budgeting, management and financial accounting, as well as implementation of new solutions. I boast experience in work in an international matrix environment. As a proactive and goals-oriented controller, I successfully coordinate and supervise accounting and administrative activities and their impact on the operations of the company, optimising costs with available resources.
