About Milena Marques

With several years of experience in clinical practice, I have developed a strong focus on integrative and personalized medicine. My background includes postgraduate training in Nutrition, Dermatology, and Human Physiology – with an emphasis on Healthy Longevity. Over the years, I have worked closely with patients seeking improved quality of life, longevity and healthy lifestyle. I also serve as a speaker at health and wellness conferences, corporate events, and educational programs, sharing knowledge on preventive care, emotional well-being, and lifestyle medicine. I am also part of the public health initiative "Passos para uma Vida Melhor"("Steps to a Better Life") in Campinas, a program focused on reducing risk factors for chronic diseases and improving the overall well-being of the population through education, lifestyle interventions, and community engagement. The program has gained visibility for its impact and innovation, and has already been selected as finalist for upcomings health and sustainability awards. Being involved in this initiative has strengthened my commitment to preventive and integrative health strategies that create long-lasting change in individuals and communities. My mission is to promote well-being through science, empathy, and purpose.
