Large experience in a global and fast-paced culture companies in industry and services segments. Experience on leading processes of Culture Transformation and Strategic HR implementation focused on business transformation. Strong experience in leading strategic HR and HR operations, being responsible for all disciplines like as Business Partnering, Organizational Development, HR policies implementation, Talent Management, Employee Relations, M&A, Payroll and benefits. Acting as a champion for engagement and Inclusion and Diversity in Latam region. Portuguese native speaker with high skills in communicating in English and Spanish, multicultural experiences in different countries of Latam. In addition to my corporate career, it is important to highlight that I work with people and that I give them my best, presenting myself clearly, improving the policies and indicators in the area, but most importantly, being truly interested in them. I believe a lot in tools and techniques, but I am an admirer of walk the talk and “Hands on” thus getting closer to the true value of the business and helping people achieve our common objective: Result!
