Advisor to HR in the General Directorate of Equine Development and Remonta, is a student of IV year of Engineering in Human Resources in Iplacex, conducted the course of Professional Training for Cadets at the Professional Institute for Hemispheric Security (WHINSEC) in Fort Benning, Georgia and has completed various diploma and courses in order to improve his quality as an advisor in what Human Resources is concerned, highlighting the Diploma in Personnel Administration at the Military Polytechnic Academy, Diploma in Administrative Tools and Labor Relations, Diploma in General Tools of Administration and Business, Diploma in Human Resources Administration, Diploma in Administrative Tools of Social Security, Leadership Styles Course and Self Leadership Course and emotion management to advance complex challenges, last two at the University of Los Andes, Colombia.
