About Miles Espy

I completed my undergraduate degree in Finance at Auburn University in May 2018. I started working on my MBA and MSF at Auburn University shortly after in August 2018, and I graduated with my MBA and MSF in May 2020. Work Experience Throughout my high school and college career, I had the privilege of working three different part-time jobs: All-American Fun Park, Auburn Move & Store, and CyberZone Entertainment Center. Working a job while I was in high school helped build my work ethic at a young age and contributed to my success in college. All three of these jobs were customer service oriented and helped prepare me for my future. Upon graduating with my masters in 2020, I began working as a credit analyst for First South Farm Credit. Internship Experiences I was able to intern for the Mortgage Bankers Association of Alabama in between my Junior and Senior year of undergraduate school. Six other applicants and I were selected out of a pool of over fifty applicants to intern for the MBAA. I spent six weeks with the Alabama Housing Finance Authority for this internship, and I was fortunate enough to spend time in 15 different departments during this time. This internship was an invaluable experience for me, and I greatly enjoyed it. I was given an opportunity to have a second internship when I went back to Auburn University to attain my MBA and MSF, and I spent summer 2019 at HNB First in Headland, AL. HNB First is a community bank, and this internship gave me exposure to many different areas of the bank, including credit analyst, consumer loans, mortgage, IT, and bank telling. I believe this experience was extremely important to me.
