Miles Grady is a Director at Umbrella.co.uk and a partner at Umbrella Accountants LLP, CloudAccountant.co.uk and Umbrella.UK Insolvency. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG before taking a financial advisors role at the TSB. These were followed by a role at Mazars which included time in the Corporate Recovery Department and a role at CIS which also included Compliance. These various experiences were then put to good use in setting up Harrington Brooks which is now one of the UK's largest providers of debt management plans and IVA's with over active clients and 500 employees. As well as being one of the largest it also has a reputation for excellent compliance and I would like to think that was something we installed in the early days. Following on from this set-up PayMatters (now called Umbrella.co.uk) to provide pay services for contractors working in the UK. We now employ over contractors as part of our Umbrella Company service and offer accountancy services to over owner managed limited companies. We therefore feel that with our background and experience we are well placed to do business with.
