I thrive on promoting a proactive safety culture, coordinating security efforts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards, including DOT requirements. From conducting accident investigations and leading engaging training sessions to developing and updating safety procedures and managing chemical compliance, I ensure we meet the highest standards. My role allows me to interact with various departments, balance interdepartmental needs with company goals, and participate in safety committee meetings. I take pride in conducting safety reviews, behavior walks, and monitoring safety equipment inventories. Tracking EHS-related work orders and assisting with waste management activities are all part of my mission to maintain a safe and thriving workplace.
