Throughout my career, I have demonstrated success in progressive roles in the automotive industry working from the front lines through leading complex software rollouts nationwide. My most recent success can be seen with myKaarma where I supported the service staff for BMW North America on the implementation of the myKaarma software. Here, I achieved a 43% improvement to revenue through 100% adoption of the software. My earlier successes can be seen with Tesla, Inc. where I drove customer satisfaction and revamped operations in the service department to increase capacity by 100%. Additionally, I have a passion and drive for political and government work where I can leverage my Political Science degree from Purdue University.
