Working as a E&I Technician on a 6th generation offshore platform in the Sea of Okhotsk. I'm working with NOV hydra racker, TDX 1250, Catwalk, Deck Cranes. Aker Wirth 2300 HP mud pumps, Drawworks. Cameron Jim 20 floor wrench and Cameron X Com cyber chair. ABB VFDs and MCCs. I started back with Parker in December as a VFD Electrician in South Korea durning the end of the construction phase and moved into the commissioning phase until it left for Russia. Received my red seal journeyman electrical certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Also have training with Allen Bradley PLCs, Omron PLCs, Siemens PLCs, Rosshill Generator and SCR training, Yaskawa VFD Drives, Advanced electrical trouble shooting, along with Canrig top drive,catwalk and TM wrench courses. Also in 2002 attended SAIT for Avionics Engineering Technology. As an apprentice electrician I worked for Academy Services Div of Nabors Canada, where we built some of the most advanced AC Drilling Rigs, where I worked with a Journeyman electrician and helped commission and take new rigs into the field.
