About Miles Smiley

Miles's professional passions are entrepreneurship, marketing, and leadership. He previously attended Mount Ida College in MA where he earned his Bachelors degree in Sports Management with a focus in business leadership and communication. During his undergraduate studies he played 2 years of football and became the wide receivers coach during his Junior year as the first full time undergraduate to be a position coach in the NCAA in 2016. That experience helped catapult his undergraduate/post graduate opportunities that have led him to his current role. Between graduation and today, Miles found himself in various roles within performance management, marketing, sales, LEAN leadership, and entrepreneurship with a direct focus on building his skillset to have a larger affect on leadership during his journey. Miles was most recently the Senior Direct Marketing Manager for Renewal By Andersen. After beginning his journey as the Western Washington Direct Marketing Manager, he grew to lead the Washington, Idaho, and Central California canvassing operations alongside his leadership team. Miles’s core leadership skills include being an arranger, individualizer, belief, relating to others, and competition. Outside of his full time focus you will find Miles building his compassion project, socializing via Twitch stream, conversing over football, or shopping real estate opportunities. He is well traveled, socialized and speaks fluent German after living abroad for 4 years as a “military brat”.
