Completed Bachelor’s and Master’s in Field of Commerce from M.S. UNIVERSITY of Vadodara. Holding a degree of Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) which is one step forward for Qualified Chartered Accountants. National faculty of DISA since more than 6 years. At the early stage of the career,Qualified "National Eligibility Test (NET)" to become Assistant Professor and received Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from University Grant Commission (UGC). Continuously improving knowledge and skills through various certificate courses from the reputed. Some of them are on key and complex areas such as CSR, Ind AS, FEMA etc. Professional Experience: • Spearheaded finance and strategy functions of listed entities. Presently, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Maximus International Limited. Also holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at Parent company of the Maximus Group i.e, Optimus Finance Limited. • After earning the feather of Chartered Accountancy at the very early age of 22, Started professional career with Big 4 firms Deloitte Haskins and Sells and further enriched experience and exposure with KPMG (BSR & Co LLP). • Did internship from the renowned chartered accountant firm CNK & Associates, LLP having its offices globally.
