Hi, I am Milind. I am an enthusiastic and ambitious individual with a passion for problem-solving and learning new skills. As a young and dynamic professional, I am excited to showcase my skills and experiences in the field of Human Resource Management. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree (specializing in HR) from Arka Jain University, I have gained valuable insights into the intricacies of HR and its various subfields. In my previous role at FIVE S DIGITAL, I joined as an advisor in the Swiggy Premium Desk team, where I handled inbound calls from Swiggy Restaurant Partners and provided end-to-end resolutions to their queries. I also worked on the Swiggy PS Tickets and made outbound calls to Swiggy restaurant partners. Additionally, I have 9 months of experience in the Swiggy process PMQ (voice) and 5 months of experience in the Flipkart process (voice). Apart from my work experience, I have also undertaken various courses to enhance my knowledge and skills. I hold a certificate in Human Resource Management from Great Learning and have completed courses on Creative Problem Solving, Introduction to Microsoft Excel, and Getting Started with Google Sheets from CourseEra. I am a versatile individual and have been actively involved in various extracurricular activities, including representing Senior Jharkhand State Inter District Volleyball Championship 2018 held at Daltonganj, winning the Volleyball Tournament at University Event (RUNBHOOMI 2020), representing the Arka Jain University Volleyball Team at KHELOTSAV 19 and KHELOTSAV 20 organized by Central University of Jharkhand, Brambe, Ranchi, and winning the Table Tennis (singles) event at University event (RUNBHOOMI 2018-2019). As a highly motivated individual, I am constantly seeking opportunities to develop and enhance my skills. My strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills have enabled me to work well in teams and handle challenging situations. I am confident that my experience, knowledge, and skills make me a valuable addition to any team in the field of HR. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, travelling, and participating in charity work.
