Develop unique & sustainable Packaging ideas and designs for special products and for ease of handling, storage & transportation. • Developing value added, cost effective packaging solution to meet various technical, marketing and commercial need • Using various types of packaging materials like rigid, semi rigid and flexible packaging. • Looking after development of packaging specification for specific products; involved in costing of packaging material and negotiating with vendors to fix-up the final purchase cost. • Organizing machine trials and providing technical feedback. • Understand the specific customer needs and deliver a complete Packaging Solution for their products keeping in mind Sustainability, Manufacturability. • Provide complete technical support to the Sales / Marketing & Manufacturing functions with respect to the Package. • Develop relationships with customers, obtain product performance feedback and provide required technical assistance / support as necessary. • Attend to all customer complaints and address them effectively with a root cause analysis and prevention.
