With ~25 years of experience in semi-conductor industry, I bring a proven track record of driving process development of semi-conductor chips and Advance Packaging products. Demonstrated track record in building and managing large development and high-volume engineering teams, with expertise in reducing manufacturing costs. I have led the development of several leading- edge thin films processes; have continuously improved tool output and yield by closely teaming up with the equipment suppliers. I have been awarded several “Technology & Manufacturing” awards for sustaining excellence at Intel. Strengths: High volume manufacturing (HVM): Have taken several first of a kind new technology from development to HVM with high yields and low-cost solutions. Development: Developed leading edge technology and manufacturing capability for 9 process nodes in Metals, Dielectrics, Planar and Etch areas. Finance and Cost: Led global team to reduce wafer manufacturing costs by >$500M. Manages quarterly forecast, capital and operational budget for several divisions. Resource management: Owns headcount planning for multiple divisions with >10K+ employees. Driving low-cost geo hiring, and hiring process from forecasting to candidate selection. Building Organizational Capability: Situational leader who also develops teams by engaging with experts and global talents. Instructed several leader and manager development courses to more than 500 leaders.
