Lead Time reduction - 50 % by from stand alone to One Piece Flow line production • Quality defect reduction – 80 % caused by human errors by re-engineering the assembly process • Lead time reduction – 70 % of the customer feedback handling process. these are just a few examples of improvements in the projects what i was responsible for. Totally i have been responsible for over 70 development projects, and applied several Lean tools and principles as well data analyses to identify the place for improvements - together with the people! Overall the project outputs have been the improvements of- New Production & Change Introduction projects incl.insourcing & outsourcing projects - lead time, capacity, productivity, process quality, product quality - resourcing, employee satisfaction, visual management - EHS aspects I am a goal-oriented and forward-looking, analytical and creative person. I have received positive feedback for my energetic and independent working style, as well as good interpersonal skills. I am working well in a international and cross fuctional networks. I want continuously learn more and challenge my self. I feel fine on the Gemba, and i have hands on-attitude.
