I combine experience in leadership and human resources, having led teams of 10–30 people in the retail business and designed large-scale recruitment operations in the social and healthcare sector. In my current position at Rinnekodit, I act as a recruitment partner across 40+ units, developing processes, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting a organization in reaching its goals. I’m pursuing my Master’s in Innovation Management with a minor in Work and Organizational Psychology.
