Hi! I'm Milla, and I'm at my best when I work between business and people. My passion is to connect business with people in the best possible way. I have successfully grown teams through sustainable recruitment practices, all while considering agile development of company culture as vital for future success. I'm passionate about recruiting and HR and especially recruitment process development, candidate experience, work culture and employer branding. I have a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Management and Organizations. Currently, I´m working at Siili Solutions. Siili Solutions is a Finnish company that offers digital services and software solutions to help businesses adapt to the digital age. They specialize in software development, design, and consulting, working with various industries to create innovative digital solutions. They focus on collaboration with clients to deliver tailored solutions for their digital transformation needs. Some of my most significant achievements in my career have undoubtedly been successfully closing numerous challenging recruitment processes, earning the trust of hiring managers and employees, fostering deeper client relationships from cold sales calls that transformed into genuine collaborations. However, I also cherish the memory of when I learned to operate an overhead bridge crane running along a metal factory, an experience I won't easily forget.
