I am a highly motivated Community Social Service Worker with over 20 years’ experience working within the community, advocating for those who cannot advocate for themselves. I have great experience working and supporting individuals whose wellbeing and mental health has been impacted through: trauma, grief, depression, and social economics. I am dedicated to accessing and researching resources and programs to accommodate clients’ and community needs. Very dedicated to individual clients and community empowerment and the development of plans to address clients’ needs while working to build on clients’ strength and inspire change. Demonstrate active listening skills, including verbal and nonverbal communications. Work and support clients with emphathy, patience,compassion and understanding, a team player with ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.
