About Millicent Lippert-Baca

I currently work at Mountain View academy as a 1st grade teacher I was a kindergarten teacher at Hope Montessori Academy School from August 2014 to May 2017. I graduated from Colorado State University (CSU) obtaining a Master's in Education of Education and Human Resource Studies (Early Childhood Education). In May 2013, I received my Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies from CSU (Aug. 2009 to May 2013). In 2015, I became a Montessori Directress through NAMC NORTH AMERICAN MONTESSORI CENTER TEACHING DIPLOMA PROGRAM. My true passion lies within the role of teaching children. I want to inspire them and motivate them to learn. I want to learn all I can in the coming years to be fully equipped with the necessary tools of knowledge to be an invigorating teacher in my student's lives. I have the energy, curiosity, patience and love of teaching to fuel my passion. I have multiple hobbies and many of them can be incorporated into a classroom setting to teach children in a fun new way. My hobbies include singing, dancing,cooking, piano, arts and craft, biking, drawing, creating fun lesson plans for early childhood ages, and collecting photo albums/ scrap-booking, Specialties: Having experience in working with children, tutoring, and professional interaction with parents of the children.
