Millicent is a senior client consulting manager at Visa, where she has been offering data-driven expert advisory services to Visa clients across CEMEA for over a year. She has a Master of Management in Digital Business from Wits Business School and a background in product management and strategy. In her previous role as the Head of product at FNB Connect & Service Provider, she was responsible for the profit and loss of a large portfolio of prepaid products and services, such as airtime, data, electricity, Uber, and Showmax. She drove top line and bottom line growth, identified new revenue streams, and developed go-to-market strategies for each subsegment. She also served as the executive assistant to the CEO of FNB Connect, preparing strategic reports and presentations for the retail and FNB executive committees and board. Millicent is passionate about payments, financial services, and digital innovation, and strives to help Visa clients grow and succeed in the evolving payments landscape.
