Over the years my educational and professional endeavors have revolved around assisting others professionally and academically. I have proven myself to be a dependable employee by prioritizing clients and their needs. A natural ability to listen and motivate clients/students allows me to center workshops and programming so as to be resourceful and relevant to clients/students. As a result I am able to adapt and learn rather quickly, in turn permitting innovative ideas for my organization and its participants. Given the opportunity to intern, develop and work for; non-for-profit organizations, schools, and campus organizations, I have developed leadership and public speaking • Leadership illustrated through workshops and programming for clients and students • Public speaking skills developed as I became more involved in case management and community development with inner city youth • Human Services knowledge ranging from grant writing to activism for under-served populations Determination to create innovative opportunities within the public service field for both organizations and clients is a primary goal.
