With a passion for working with the elderly, Millie has had over four years and varied experience within a personal care role. Working with both low and high care residents, dementia and disabilities. After perusing a casual position at Adelaide Oval and gaining a wide range of new skills from variety of roles Millie decided to travel and live overseas. Working with an in home care company in Brighton, England it was a great addition to her experience in the healthcare sector. After returning to Australia and working in a full time role as Hospitality Reservations Coordinator, Millie wanted to once again persue her career in the field of Healthcare. Finding LifeCare and working with the team at Reynella Lodge was a great experience and throughout her time there, and learnt a multitude of new skills. After resigning with LifeCare to further widen her skill set, she found Healthcare Australia and is now working casually as an Operations Consultant and enjoying the further exposure into the industry.
