Ensure catering functions are set up and prepared, delivered on time, and appropriately. · Supervise personnel to ensure their compliance with departmental and medical center policies and procedures. Discipline as appropriate following a progressive discipline process to facilitate improved work performance to meet job expectations. · Proficiently handle the departmental data reports for productivity, End of Pay Period and End Of Month before deadline. · When service concerns arise, whether be, food production, ordering, customers on the retail side, or patient service, I prioritize, and handle operational challenges in an effective manner.
