Millie Letori is a Change and Delivery Lead at Boldyn Networks. She is a PROSCI and AgilePM qualified professional with over 15 years of experience in leading change and transformation programs across various industries and sectors. She is passionate about making transformation, human centered. Millie is currently leading the Change Management and Delivery function for Boldyn Networks. She is responsible for scoping the change, defining the change governance framework, conducting detailed impact assessments, managing stakeholders, and designing and delivering change, training, and communication initiatives. She leverages her in-depth knowledge of organisational culture, technology, and business processes to positively influence and solve the challenges created by organisational change. She is also adept at working with C-Suite executives and co-creating solutions with diverse teams across the organisation.
