She has worked in a variety of settings, including managing fitness franchises along Sydney’s beaches and developing corporate wellness programs. Millie’s career highlights include leading trekking expeditions with Wild Women on Top, establishing Australia’s first Coastrek event in 2008, and competing in endurance events such as the Triathlon World Championships (New Zealand, 2024), six ultra-marathons and multiple open water swimming events. Millie’s personal pursuits also include a love of reading and water sports, exploring coastlines around the world. Millie’s diverse professional background, including her roles as a coach, presenter, and yoga instructor, enriches her teaching philosophy, which centres on empowering students to be balanced, caring, and open-minded individuals.
