I’m a brand builder and commercial strategist with 8+ years’ experience driving growth across high-growth startups and founder-led businesses, blending strategic partnerships, GTM execution, and eCommerce know-how. I’m currently the founder of VARRO, a purpose-led menswear brand built around slow fashion, storytelling, and small-batch craftsmanship. From concept to launch, I’ve led everything from product development and sourcing to paid marketing, email flows, and website optimisation giving me a 360° view of what it takes to build a modern D2C brand. Previously, I scaled accounts and partnerships at Deliveroo (Series D–Post-IPO), where I signed 650+ partners and helped lead regional rollouts across the UK. At Let’s Do This (Series B), I owned a £1M+ ARR portfolio of global clients, developing scalable systems including QBRs, retention playbooks, and custom client portals. What sets me apart is a founder’s mindset with commercial range, I’m as comfortable developing brand strategy or launching new verticals as I am managing key accounts, refining GTM motion, or owning retention and LTV growth.
