About Milos Spasic

I am a Biomedical and Quality/Compliance expert, with substantial experience in both University and Pharmaceutical Industry setting. Initially focused on biomedical scientific research, my main expertise evolved to business process design, performance and control, in several pharmaceutical R&D areas (Regulatory, Clinical, Quality). I conceptualized, led and executed large cross-functional R&D projects, and managed multiple global matrix and line teams. My leadership style is direct, open, collaborative and provocative. I thrive facing difficult and complex problems. With my unique perspective and approach, I am able to break these problems down and provide innovative solutions – having little interest in simply repeating what worked in the past. I approach problems strategically, creating alternatives, and can see patterns and connections where others see complexity. I am capable of clearly communicating my vision and engaging others on it. Then in execution, I am deeply passionate about maximizing productivity, I turn thoughts into actions, take ownership and remain committed. So, if you feel like you have a problem that is impossible to solve – you need to call me in before giving up! In the future, I'll be looking to apply these skills and knowledge in Management Consulting, R&D Operations, Business Process Management, or R&D Quality/Regulatory Compliance, and continue providing long-lasting solutions that transform the way people live and work.
