About Milos Ustic

I'm an experienced, efficient and self-motivated motor industry professional who thrives in pressured environments. My strengths are being organised, analytical, confident and adaptable in any given situation. The automotive sector has been my primary field of full-time work, which I entered after Ieaving school at 16. Having successfully completed a Motor Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship I progressed through various roles, achieving my personal goal of becoming a Dealer Principal by the age of 34. In 2003 I changed direction and joined what was then Kerridge Computer Company. I have now worked for Kerridge/ADP/CDK for the past 17 years. In total I have 40 years of experience in this industry. Over the past 8 years I have worked in the Business Intelligence sector and became the UK Business Intelligence Consultant for CDK. I worked primarily with the UK BMW Dealer network and clients in the Middle East with responsibilities for set up and data extraction configuration and the ultimate presentation to dealer dashboards. The role included customer presentations, training, setup, analytics, reconciliation, data extraction using the ETL process and support via Sequel support servers and travel to various countries including Egypt, UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Recently I joined the Product Team as a Global Product Consultant working in a team to deliver CDK's Connected Analytics solution Visualiser.
