DVM with large experience in biotechnology manufacture, Executive Director leading large Pharma operation including Solid, Sterile and LOC´s, Masters in Project Management and MBA with focus area in Finance, Lean Six Sigma Executive and Green belt, various international training in people management and leadership. Successful work experience in change management and strategic planning with focus on execution and implementation of lean value capture programs working in several different cultures and cross functional teams. Very solid and proved experience implementing LSS and major productivity improvement in Biotech, Pharma. Excellent understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems for EMEA and USDA regulation. Developed strong alignment between R&D, Process Development, Quality Operation and Manufacturing to support Tech-transfers and existing product improvement projects.
