After being a successful partner and director of the RGM Financial Group, providing taxation and business advice to small businesses, Milton began his own accounting practice specialising in the hospitality, tourism and equestrian industries. Realising his passions, Milton sold his successful accounting firm and purchased Campaspe Country House Hotel. Utilising his sought after skills, he transformed the poorly performing conference centre into a highly acclaimed Country House Hotel, business retreat and fine-dining restaurant. His deep and passionate commitment to excellence and total dedication ensured he delivered the best possible outcome to each and every one of his stakeholders.
