About Milton Cruver

From a young age where I worked in retail warehouses, used goods transportation centers and manufacturing facilities, I started from the ground up when it came to learning about logistics and operations management. During my time learning the in's and outs of various industries, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to engage with some truly great leaders in learning project and program management, taking a drivers seat approach to learning the tricks of the trade. I had always sought out challenges in continuous improvement and working to make things better, but through focused action in managing a project, I found the gratification which exists in scoping, planning and executing upon a plan. Through collaboration, insight and expertise there is nothing a well-led team cannot accomplish and the feeling of that firm handshake and a smiling face when the customer is satisfied is second to none.
