About Milton Morales

I am a multidisciplinary worker. Since childhood I liked creating things and that is the reason I choose study Electronic Engineering. I got to college when I was 15 years yet. Now, i am a problem solver as Technology Project Manager in the areas of IT, Electronics, Automation and Web Development. As a Project Manager, I can manage teams of people to distribute the workload, do quality control on products that deliver me, monitor and evaluate the project phases in order to satisfy the customers needs. I believe in the value of time. I am a father of 8 children, so i can say I've learned to distribute my time and maintain a balance in order to help each of them to improve their own lives. This experience has helped me in my work to deliver results that matter. I approach to the client projects with strategic and creative thinking. I am partner with my clients to create big ideas and digital experiences. And i spend each day doing this work, so, i am always sharpening the tools of the digital trade. Below I detail some of the things I can do: As an IT consultant: I help choose the appropriate infrastructure that my clients needs for web projects, no matter if this is a personal project, creating a startup or work with a large company. I can work with Linux servers, install the operating system, install the mail server, install LAMP and make maintenance tasks. As a Electronic Designer I can create electronic propotypes in various industries such as dataloggers, plcs, display panels, LED solutions, and many others. I can draw PCB boards, solder the pins and use SMT technology. As a Web Problem-Solver: I create websites, offer training, advise on digital strategy, manage web projects, build online toolkits to help people streamline their workflow, and a heck of a lot more.
