My work is centered on people with disabilities having access to participation in valued aspects of everyday life. Employment is my primary focus - joining in the ongoing struggle around people with disabilities getting to contribute through fitting, suitably challenging, socially valued employment. My teaching is rooted in what I've learned through my affiliation with Marc Gold & Associates and the revolutionary work of Dr. Marc Gold, as well as my study of Dr. Wolf Wolfensberger's groundbreaking Social Role Valorization (SRV) theory.
