Over 16 years, I have served as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Executive Coordinator and Executive Assistant in organizations that include Union Chimique Belge (UCB), Atkins SNC-Lavalin Group, UPS Supply Chain – Global Freight Forwarding and the U.S. Department of Interior. I am trusted by Senior Leaders to provide exemplary administrative support that is discreet, professional and reflects a genuine personal commitment to excellence. I have a knack for quickly understanding each member of the C-Suite, their leadership style, communication techniques, unique traits, personal preferences and dovetail my gatekeeper role to each. I have provided high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions, such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. When not a work, you can find me with my husband volunteering to teach computer skills at Church, participating in Church Career Assistance Program, Meals on Wheels, Tax Assistance for Ageing Americans, MS Walk, Cancer Walk and more. We believe in giving back to our community as we pursue that sometimes-elusive work-life balance. At work and in the Community, I like to get things done and assist others when needed.
