About Mimi Santoro

For over 10 years, I have worked as a real estate professional in the Northern Virginia suburbs. The majority of my business is referral based - clients who recommend me to their family, friends and colleagues. I work with both buyers and sellers helping them to find their place or perfect space to call home. When the hone they wish to purchase or sell is less than ideal -either for best market sale success, or for the space or aesthetic desires of my clients - I lend them my experience and expertise in renovating and polishing properties for sale, or addressing space or decor challenges.Over the years, I have particularly enjoyed working with first time home buyers as well as international corporate relocations to the Metro DC area looking to purchase and rent in the Northern Virginia suburbs. My connections within the communities have helped my clients feel welcome and to acclimate quickly. My goal is to be accessible to all of my clients as they make the transition into or out of their homes, and to help them throughout the process. Going beyond the transaction, I am focused on connecting them to the services and vibe of their new communities, and seeing them happily adjusted to their new homes.
