About Min Baek

I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hanyang University in Korea, where I also spent a year as an exchange student at the University of Texas. After graduating, I worked at POSCO E&C as a Project Engineer and Mechanical Designer in the power plant construction industry. This experience gave me the opportunity to manage complex projects and collaborate with engineers and project managers from across the globe. These experiences also sparked my desire to work internationally, which led me to relocate to Canada in 2020.I’ve been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2014, significantly enhancing my ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines efficiently. This certification has been invaluable not only in my project management roles but also in my work as a mechanical designer. I approach every task as a project, recognizing that successful project completion is critical in any professional role.I am passionate about continuous learning and strongly believe in the importance of teamwork, as no one has all the answers. I thrive in environments where collaboration and open communication are encouraged, and I never hesitate to ask questions or provide support to others. I hold myself to the highest standards of professional ethics and take great pride in delivering high-quality work. My commitment to seeing projects through to successful completion motivates me every day.
