Fashion is 100% my passion and a life-long interest. In the past, I have always felt a sense of accomplishment after our products were launched and were greeted with customer satisfaction. A lasting aspiration of mine has always been to work in this brilliant fashion industry. I would describe myself as a hard-working, passionate and focused individual who greatly cares about improving and benefiting the company with my work. Multiple years of production development experience in apparel, built professional knowledge of fabrics in woven and knit with strong understanding of details in styles for both ladies and men (shirt/pants/dress/outwear/uniform/healthwear etc) In my previous role as Senior Production developer (merchandiser), I proved to be an efficient, enthusiastic and self-disciplined worker who is willing to take on challenges fearlessly. In the past, I’ve had multiple roles and purposes. While engaging in detailed communication with retail buyers, mills, manufacturers and logistic companies from both Canada and the U.S.A, I am also quite the problem solver. I take timelines very earnestly and solve problems between development, production and shipment in order to allow everything to run smoothly. I follow up with procedures from top to bottom – from fabric sourcing and color development all the way to bulk productions and payments.
