Applied Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD & T) to optimize component assemblies, ensuring precise fits, minimizing production variability, and enhancing product reliability. Maintained compliance with ISO standards by adhering to industry-standard drafting and detailing practices, delivering exceptional quality and accuracy in designs and documentation. Developed design documentation, including CAD drawings, DFMEA, and DRBFM at Enplas. Spearheaded New Product Introduction (NPI) projects at Enplas, achieving a 33% increase in load capacity (50–65 kg) and a 17% reduction in overall size, and optimizing product performance.
