In 2019, I transitioned to consulting with INTLOOP Inc, where I specialized in BPMS and RPA implementations for major telecom clients, overseeing projects from business improvement to maintenance. Since joining PwC Consulting LLC in February 2023, I have managed the development of data platforms, designed and managed test plans, and facilitated cross-departmental communication.
