As the Opel Showroom Manager at Al-Mansour Automotive, one of the largest and most reputable automotive dealerships in Egypt, I oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and negotiating to closing and delivering. I also manage a team of 4 sales executives, providing them with coaching, motivation, and feedback to achieve their targets and enhance their performance.With over 15 years of corporate experience in the premium automotive industry, I have developed strong skills and expertise in sales, customer relations, and staff supervision. I have successfully increased the showroom's sales volume, customer retention rate, and customer satisfaction score by implementing effective strategies, processes, and standards. I have also earned multiple recognitions and awards for my outstanding results and leadership, including the ACE Award in 2018. I am currently pursuing an MBA at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and I hold a Pearson BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to drive the growth and excellence of Opel and Al-Mansour Automotive in the Egyptian market.
