I have spearheaded several large-scale initiatives from conception to execution across Consumer and Enterprise businesses, including overseeing all technical aspects of Canada's first all IPTV network and service over cable. The IPTV service has transformed the TV and Internet habits of over 2 million customers. My adaptable approach, focus on efficiency, and ability to manage significant initiatives have led to a more streamlined technology environment, improved IT systems, and successful team integration. I am a strong advocate for agile methodologies and building an environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Financial stewardship is one of my key strengths and priorities. By effectively managing the operating expense budget and our CapEx programs, I achieved considerable customer growth while maintaining high-value outcomes.
