I'm a woman who lives her convictions. As a creative professional: I breathe life to visions, increase enthusiasm and morale, and create growth-oriented cultures- all with a unique flair. Trust me when I say if it’s not growing, it’s dying. Every organization *needs* to be growing; there’s always the next level. I happen to have an eye for that. During my 7 years of experience working at social impact organizations,(while also attending two different Universities) I’ve led internal shifts in the departments I managed, directed internal program operations, created a solid structure to support change management, and increased the standard of excellence for the teams I’ve supervised. Accessibility, belonging, and authenticity have been the themes of my career. On a personal note I’m constantly pulled by my own potential and by the potential of all those around me. That’s why you’ll see me involved in everything from women’s activism to suicide counseling to advocacy to serving as a death companion to those who are dying. I offer my time & services generously because community is a core value of mine.
