About Mina Karshala

I am an enthusiast. I take things in my stride and make the most of opportunities as I enjoy learning new skills. Over the last 10 years, I have held roles which have primarily been in the charity or education sector and have had the core focuses of account/relationship management, marketing, and sales. Currently a Client Development Manager at a consultancy, The Smarty Train. Previously a Corporate Partnerships Manager for an education charity, Teach First, leading on managing a large portfolio of corporate partners worth up to 6 figure funding, with an aim to champion equality, diversity and inclusion through the partnerships. Alongside my role at The Smarty Train, I run my own business, and volunteer my time at Young Enterprise as a Trustee on their Board of Trustees, as I am passionate about social impact, entrepreneurship, financial education and reducing inequality. My excellent time-management allows me to find a balance between work, life, and additional projects, giving me a wealth of transferrable skills to bring to my primary employment.
