Die Maintenance,Die Modify,Die Design, Die Manufacture,all jig and fixture Manufacture,solve all sheet metal industry problems,gas cooker design and project manager Main Responsibilities - Responsible as the lead role in solving process problems, Quality requirements,Non traditional machining- Lead activities of manufacturing team, Responsible for operational performance and improvement of industrial safety - Working functional knowledge of stamping presses, die change equipment, coil processing equipment, levelers, straighteners and servo feeders (making the production Run Automatically)- Assist and lead maintenance technicians in repairing and maintaining all machinery within the production stamping operation and making training to the technicians to improve their skills in work Making other sections support as necessary- Lead equipment / process projects through equipment selection, construction, operator training- Documents process changes, significant improvements and problems, test run results, etc. in accordance with current procedures and practices - Actively engages and supports Lean/continuous improvement through the participation on work teams.
